The name of our café comes from a conversation between Jeff, and his son, Wyatt. Wyatt was bursting with excitement to share a fact he had just learned at school that day: octopuses have three hearts. It struck a chord with us, as octopuses are a PNW mainstay, but three hearts also captured the warmth and love we pour into every interaction and the idea of sharing a little extra heart with our guests.
